BLOOM

...today I'm sharing with you a simple card using water colour & buttons...



...the background colours are DI in colours Crushed Olive & Tumbled Glass used as water colour, the tree is Frayed Burlap again as a water colour & what was left on my work sheet I pressed the tree into, a nice motled effect achieved...


...I used candy coloured buttons from my stash...


...a remnant piece of card from ink mop up's...


...happy tree...

  18. Wow, what a lovely card and such a great idea with the buttons. I love the way you've coloured the tree trunk and aged the tag, and the twine just sets it off perfectly.

    Well , I’m back and I have the rest of today free so as to catch up on everyone’s creations since I have been away refurbishing my old house.
    I adore reading the blog’s and looking at all the lovely cards and projects, almost as much as making the cards myself.
